Amanda and Blaire are event industry experts, with their separate paths converging here in Sacramento, CA as close friends and eventually, entrepreneurs. They created Rise and Shine Balloon Design in early 2022 with the encouragement of some of their friends and mentors in the Sacramento event industry.

They took the leap to become business owners, hit the ground running and have been providing beautiful balloon designs ever since. Their shared passion for creativity and commitment to excellence drives Rise and Shine Balloon Design to deliver unparalleled balloon decor experiences for every celebration.

Amanda has been a practicing balloon artist and event production manager with local staple, The Party Concierge for the last 15 years. Her experience in the community is unmatched and she is such a creative force. Her favorite part of this job is seeing how happy the balloons make our clients.

meet blaire.

Blaire hails from SoCal where she spent the last decade as an Interior Designer and Events Coordinator. Her experience ranges from casual family gatherings to large scale formal events. She prides herself on a personal approach, working with clients to go above and beyond while expertly handling their decor design and event logistics. She loves getting to know all of the Sacramento industry locals and event venues and is always thrilled when clients have us back.
