We are Sacramento based, but service all surrounding areas such as Amador County, Yolo County, Napa County and Beyond. Order minimums and delivery fees are based on distance, so reach out to discuss details in advance.

Pick up orders are by appointment only, from our home workshop in West Sacramento, CA.

We do not advocate balloon releases as they inevitably create litter and released mylar balloons can pose serious hazards when in contact with live electrical wires.

All balloons will be disposed of responsibly, whether by Rise and Shine or by you. While latex balloons are biodegradable, they must be popped and secured in a household trash bag for disposal.

If you need to cancel your custom balloon order, you must do so at least 14 days prior to your event for a full refund of the amount paid. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to the event date are not eligible for a refund. We are not responsible for inclement weather, or other situations that may cancel or postpone your event. Please note that we will make every effort to accommodate date changes.
